Clare’s experience is in relation to all aspects of plot sales; including site set up and conduct of each matter through to completion. Clare acts in plot sales for developers of open market properties and registered providers of shared ownership properties. Clare also acts for individual purchasers who buy new build properties, either as an investment or as a family home.
In acting for developers in relation to private market sales and registered providers in respect of shared ownership properties, Clare has gained in depth knowledge of the intricacies involved in site set up and the subsequent plot sales.
