Amy is a second year trainee currently in her third seat based in the IP & IT department, assisting on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters involving: trade marks, passing off, copyright, database rights, design rights, domain names, patents, and defamation claims.
During her training contract Amy has previously undertaken seats in Planning and Commercial Property.
