Caroline is an associate, joining the Norwich Employment team having spent the last 9-years in-house with a national motor company.
As an employment law specialist, Caroline provides a supportive and pragmatic approach to employment related problems. In addition to supporting clients on day-to day employment matters, Caroline also provides advice and assistance for clients dealing with claims in the Employment Tribunal.
Caroline has gained contentious and non-contentious experience across the full range of employment matters and can assist in the management of disciplinary and grievance matters from investigation through to appeal. She can also offer advice and support in the development of practices and policies working closely with a client’s own HR function.
Caroline has acted for both Claimant and Respondent but now focuses on the provision of advice to employers, the last 9-years being in-house with a national motor company.
