Demesheia, known as Demi, is an Associate within the Employment department in our Leicester office where she assists with providing practical advice to clients on all aspects of employment law matters – both contentious and non-contentious.
Demi has acted for employers and employees within a range of sectors and has experience of handling employment tribunal claims, advising on day-to-day employment issues and drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and contracts of employment.
