Experience and Background

Eliza is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team, having qualified in September 2023. She has gained experience in areas including commercial litigation to include company/shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes and debt recovery, insolvency, contentious trusts and probate and administration of estates work. 

Eliza undertook her training contract at Howes Percival, spending time in Corporate, Commercial and Banking, IP, Construction and Dispute Resolution. Before that she completed her LPC at Nottingham Trent University and her Law LLB at Newcastle University.
