Fiona is one of the few dual qualified lawyers and insolvency practitioners in the country, having successfully completed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) exams in November 2017.
She specialises in all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency and advises a variety of stakeholders including business owners, creditors, Insolvency Practitioners and other vested individuals. In particular, Fiona enjoys guiding her clients through the toughest of situations where they are facing financial difficulties by advising them on their duties, options and responsibilities. She also assists Insolvency Practitioners on insolvency appointments, business sales, investigations and asset recovery.
Fiona has gained a wide variety of experience in advising Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and corporate/personal clients with their business and insolvency related issues. She has also previously contributed a chapter on cross-border insolvency which appeared in the 4th edition of "Personal Insolvency" which was published by Thomson Reuters/Sweet & Maxell in October 2012.
