Helen joined Howes Percival in 2015 as part of the small team tasked with growing what was the brand new Cambridge office to what it is today.
Helen has a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial property work, predominantly dealing with residential development projects. She has substantial experience in acting for both developers and landowners (the latter including a variety of educational institutions, such as FE institutions and academy schools). Helen has acted for some of the UK’s and the region’s largest house builders.
Helen's experience includes dealing with more straightforward disposals and acquisitions to dealing with large site assembly for regeneration including due diligence, drafting development agreements, option agreements, overage agreements and conditional contracts. She also deals with landlord and tenant work including leases, agreements for lease, licences etc.
Helen is also able to advise on residential development schemes which include the preparation of legal packs for onward plot sales and supervision of residential conveyancing members of staff.
