Kavita is an Associate Solicitor in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology team. Kavita has experience in both non-contentious and contentious matters, including advising on trade mark strategy, registered design filings and strategy, copyright issues, company and domain name watches, rights enforcement and corporate due diligence.
Kavita also has experience in-house, having completed a client secondment at a national builder’s merchant.
