Property Dispute Resolution
Lauren is a first year trainee undertaking her second seat split between the Property Litigation and Planning teams based in Norwich. Lauren assists with a range of contentious property matters and planning advice.
Previously, Lauren undertook a seat in the Estates team where she was primarily assisting with the Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate matters.
Prior to joining Howes Percival, Lauren gained good legal experience as a debt recovery paralegal within a social housing association where her role involved preparing a range of court documents and dealing with general administration tasks.
