Lilika joined the Employment Team as an Associate in September 2023 after having completed her training contract with Howes Percival. Lilika has experience dealing with a range of employment law issues of both an advisory and contentious nature, and has acted for both employees and employers.
Lilika graduated from the University of East Anglia with a first class honours degree in Law with European Legal Systems before completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University, achieving a distinction. Lilika started her training contract with Howes Percival in 2021 where she sat in a range of departments including Agriculture & Estates, Commercial Litigation and Employment.
