Lisa’s specialisms are property finance (including development finance of residential, commercial or mixed use sites) acting for both lender (senior and mezzanine) and borrower , development work (mixed use, commercial and residential), sales and purchases of commercial property and very high-end residential and landlord and tenant. Lisa advises on all aspects of commercial property with a particular emphasis on lending, development and investment. Lisa’s experience of landlord and tenant ranges from managing commercial landlord retail or office portfolios to acting for tenants.
Having worked closely with some of the country’s premier property developers and property companies Lisa has a real insight into the overriding commercial pressures on clients.
Since joining Howes Percival, Lisa has become our Cambridge-MiltonKeynes-Oxford Growth Corridor Champion. She regularly attends and hosts a number of events promoting the interets of business across the Corridor and leads our Growth Corridor engagement.
