Nicola has extensive experience in advising a diverse client base including, offshore service companies and owner-managed businesses, both North and South of the border on all aspects of UK employment law. Nicola is also an experienced advocate and has appeared in employment tribunals throughout Scotland and England.
Nicola assists employers to effectively handle employment law issues, from training managers to recognise and manage risk, through to the resolution of disputes. As well as dealing with the day-to-day needs of clients, Nicola also regularly presents tailored in-house training workshops and seminars on employment law issues.
