Simran is a plot conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing including leasehold, transfer of equity, re-mortgage and new build developments. She also supports the team by reporting to clients and lenders on title issues.
She has also joined Leicester’s Commercial Property Department with plans to qualify as a solicitor.
