Sophie also advises clients in relation to the breakdown of marriage and civil partnerships. Clients benefit from her pragmatic advice in relation to divorce and financial matters. Sophie also advises unmarried and cohabiting clients in relation to the financial aspects following the breakdown of their relations.
In addition to advising clients following the breakdown of their relationships, Sophie also provides advice in relation to the protection of assets to include Cohabitation Agreements and Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements.
