Will has wide experience in all aspects of commercial property work dealing with the purchase, sale and secured lending of both freehold and leasehold properties and advising landlords and tenants in connection with their lease requirements.
Will has significant experience in landlord and tenant matters. He acts for both investment landlords and occupiers of industrial, retail and office space, advising on all aspects of portfolio management. Will is a Director based out of the firm’s Cambridge office involved, with the wider team, in the development of the firm’s practice in the Cambridge area.
