Nathan is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with considerable experience of helping businesses, their owners and those that invest in them achieve their commercial aims, whether those are selling, merging or funding their businesses, acquiring other businesses or entering into commercial arrangements. Nathan also advises healthcare professionals and providers (including GPs, pharmacists, dentists, hospital consultants and care home operators) on their business needs, including partnership/LLP arrangements, mergers and collaborations, commercial contracts, sales and disposals and mergers/ restructurings.
Howes Percival has a nationally recognised team helping schools convert to academies and supporting them post conversion. Nathan leads our academies team locally, ensuring we deliver a focussed, supportive and cost effective service to schools both during the conversion process and once they have converted.
A key aspect of Nathan’s role is to be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring our client’s needs are at the heart of what we do and that we deliver our advice clearly, on time and for the costs we have agreed.
